By accessing or using the Aetherics platform, products, or services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Aetherics reserves all rights not expressly granted to the user.

2. Eligibility & Age Restriction

By using Aetherics services, you represent that you are at least 13 years of age. If you are under 13, you may not use our services. We do not knowingly collect or solicit data from children under 13.

3. 'AS-IS' Provision & Liability

All Aetherics software and services are provided "AS-IS" and "AS-AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind. Aetherics disclaims all liability for system interruptions, software bugs, data loss, or any direct or indirect damages arising from the use of our CLI tools or applications.

4. User Conduct & Disclaimer

Users are responsible for their own content and conduct. Aetherics does not actively monitor all user activity and is not responsible for user-generated content or interactions. You agree not to use our services for any unlawful, abusive, or harmful activity. Aetherics reserves the right to remove content, restrict access, or take any action we deem appropriate to enforce these rules or comply with legal obligations. Our services are provided "as is" and, to the fullest extent permitted by law, Aetherics disclaims all liability for user interactions, damages, or losses arising from the use of our platforms. If you encounter serious abuse or illegal activity, please report it to support@aetherics.dev.

5. User-Generated Content

You are solely responsible for any content you transmit, share, or stream through Destro, Steampunk, or any Aetherics service. Aetherics does not pre-moderate user content but reserves the right to investigate and remove content that violates these terms. We are not liable for user-generated content or interactions between users.

6. Intellectual Property

Aetherics retains exclusive ownership of all proprietary rights, including brand identity, logos, source code, and original documentation associated with our projects. Unauthorized reverse engineering, redistribution, or commercial use of our software without explicit written permission is strictly prohibited.

7. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Aetherics, its founders, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of our services, violation of these terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

8. Free Access & Sustainment

Aetherics products are provided 100% free of charge. To ensure the long-term sustainment of infrastructure and server costs, we utilize integrated third-party advertisements.

9. Service Modification

We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue any project or service without prior notice to maintain the stability and security of the Aetheric ecosystem.
